The Solution
There is a small niche of people who invest in land. They rely on several different data sources to make decisions about how much a parcel of land is worth and whether they should buy one. Mike was one of those investors and he wanted to create a product that would automate all the routine data analysis for investors.
He wanted to put all the data sources into one product and let investors see everything at a glance and even automate parts of their due diligence. He also wanted investors to be able to set email/text notifications so if the system found a property that met the criteria an investor set they would be notified.
He wanted a product that acted like a junior analyst that surfaces interesting deals so investors can focus their time on the few deals that are worth further research.
